Additional Charges: Shipping fee of ¥600 (tax included: ¥660). However, shipping to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands will be ¥1,200 (tax included: ¥1,320). Orders totaling ¥10,000 (tax included: ¥11,000) or more in a single transaction will be delivered with free shipping nationwide.
Payment Methods and Timing: Credit card, PayPay, Rakuten Pay. Payment is finalized at the time of order. Credit card brands supported include VISA, MASTER, AMEX, and JCB. Express checkout options include Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Buy Now Pay Later (Paidy): A statement will be issued on the 1st of the following month, based on monthly billing finalized at month-end, and customers will be notified by email and SMS by the 5th. Payment methods are convenience store payment (terminal at convenience store) or bank transfer. The payment deadline is the 27th of the following month for both convenience store payment and bank transfer. A fee applies for each monthly payment depending on the payment method: ¥390 (tax included) for convenience store payment, and the bank transfer fee is borne by the customer for bank transfer.
Delivery Method and Timing: For standard shipping, orders will be shipped within 5 business days of the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). *However, the shipping time may vary by product; please refer to each product page for details.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations: In principle, the Company does not accept exchanges or returns of products. However, if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product, we will accept returns/exchanges only when the actual product differs from the ordered product or when the product has a defect. The return shipping cost will be borne by the Company. Also, if the product is not received within one week from the shipping date (the storage period for packages), the product will be returned to the Company. In that case, the order will automatically be treated as cancelled. Please understand this in advance.
