- The Company shall notify the user without delay when Correction, etc. has been performed based on the preceding paragraph, or when a decision has been made not to perform Correction, etc.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
- When the Company receives a request from a person to suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") personal information for any of the following reasons, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay: (1) Personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use; (2) Personal information was obtained by improper means; (3) Personal information was used in a manner that could encourage or induce illegal or unjust acts; (4) The business operator no longer needs to use the retained personal data; (5) A leak of retained personal data has occurred; (6) Otherwise, there is a risk that the rights and interests of the person may be harmed by the handling of retained personal data.
- Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall suspend use, etc. of such personal information without delay.
- The Company shall notify the user without delay when Suspension of Use, etc. has been performed based on the preceding paragraph, or when a decision has been made not to perform Suspension of Use, etc.
- Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, where Suspension of Use, etc. requires a large amount of expense or is otherwise difficult to perform, and where it is possible to take alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user, the Company shall take such alternative measures.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
- The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters stipulated by law or otherwise provided in this Policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
