Terms of service
- (Scope of Application)
These Terms apply to customers who purchase products from Yobek Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") through the online shopping site operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Company Online Shop") and other means. By placing an order for the Company's products through the Company Online Shop, customers agree to comply with these Terms.
2.(Suspension and Interruption of Service)
The Company may change, add, or discontinue all or part of the Company Online Shop and other services without prior notice or consent from customers.
The Company may interrupt or suspend the Company Online Shop and other services for maintenance inspections and other reasons without prior notice or consent from members, in order to maintain the operational status of the Company Online Shop.
The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by members as a result of being unable to use the Company Online Shop or other services pursuant to this Article.
3.(Prohibited Acts)
Customers shall not engage in the following acts:
- Using the Company Online Shop in a manner that deviates from normal use
- Acts that interfere with the Company's business
- Acts that infringe or may infringe trademark rights, copyrights, privacy, or other rights
- Placing orders with false information or impersonating another person, or assisting with such acts
- Reselling the Company's products or listing/selling them on auction sites, or preparations for such activities, or placing orders or applying for samples for commercial purposes
- Unauthorized use of credit cards
- Unauthorized use of another person's personal information

Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
- 4.(Restrictions on Transactions)
If a customer falls under any of the following circumstances, the Company may restrict, refuse, or suspend transactions, revoke stage, points, or other benefit rights, or cancel or terminate the contract.
Furthermore, if the Company determines that any of the following circumstances may apply, the Company may withhold shipment of products. The Company shall not be liable for any damage resulting from measures taken under this Article.
- When an act falling under the prohibited acts of Article 3 has been committed or when an order in violation thereof has been placed
- When payment by credit card cannot be processed for card payment orders
- When persons under 18 years of age place an order without parental consent
- When contact cannot be made through the contact method notified by the customer at the time of application, such as telephone, FAX, or email
- When the customer does not respond to inquiries from the Company regarding the order
- When the Company determines that the order is for the purpose of reselling the Company's products or listing/selling them on auction sites, or for commercial purposes
- When the order quantity exceeds what a normal end user would use and the reason is unclear
- When the delivery destination for overseas shipping is in a region restricted by the Company
- When the Company determines that normal transactions are difficult due to repeated returns or exchanges not attributable to the Company
- When these Terms are violated
- When the Company otherwise determines that it is inappropriate to continue the transaction
- 5.(Returns and Exchanges)
Unless otherwise specified, the Company shall in principle not accept order cancellations due to customer circumstances after order confirmation, or exchanges or returns of products after delivery. However, in the following cases, the Company will accept returns/exchanges only when contact is made within 5 days of receiving the product. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by the Company.
- When the actual product differs from the ordered product

When the product has a defect at the time of delivery
6.(Resale and Sales on Auction Sites)
The Company does not accept orders for the purpose of reselling the Company's products or listing/selling them on auction sites, or for other commercial purposes.
Please note that even if the Company's products are sold on auction sites other than the Company Online Shop, the Company cannot take any responsibility for such products.
7.(Copyrights)
Customers may not use the Company's copyrighted works or intellectual property rights licensed to the Company by third parties without the Company's consent.
Opinions and information submitted by customers to the Company shall be deemed to have been transferred to the Company with all rights including copyrights, and may be published in publications, etc.
8.(Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall handle customers' personal information (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") appropriately in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" and other policies.
9.(Changes to Terms)
The Company may change these Terms at its discretion.
When changing these Terms, the Company shall post on its website the fact that the Terms are being changed, the content of the revised Terms, and the effective date of the revised Terms by the effective date of the revised Terms.
After the effective date of the revised Terms, when a customer uses the service, the customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes to the Terms.
10.(Governing Law)
Japanese law shall apply to the formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms.
11.(Discussion and Agreed Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute between a customer and the Company, both parties shall resolve it through good-faith discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction for dispute resolution procedures.
