Returns & Cancellations: Please note that we do not accept cancellations or returns/exchanges due to customer circumstances after an order has been confirmed.
Exceptions to Returns & Cancellations: As an exception, if you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, we will accept returns/exchanges only in the case where a different product than ordered has arrived, or where the product has a defect. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.
